Description
The Colorado Convention Center seeks a contractor to furnish and install complete SnapCab Industrial 1 cab systems in Elevators F and M. Work includes field verification and design coordination; removal and disposal of existing cab finishes; installation of impact-resistant wall panels, rails, trim, corner protection, and durable ADA-compliant slip-resistant flooring; and a double-rail or equivalent system for retaining protective blankets. The contractor must provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, project management, procurement, delivery, testing, and closeout documentation. Elevator controls, operating panels, wiring, electrical systems, and other operating equipment are excluded from the work and must remain fully functional. The proposal must include company qualifications and comparable experience, at least five client references with contact details, subcontractor information if applicable, the required business certifications if claiming M/WBE status, a signed proposal, pricing, W-9 and certifications, and other applicable checklist items. The selected contractor will need Denver Contractor and Denver Conveyance Contractor licenses. The contract term is one year from award; insurance and a $100,000 performance and payment bond are required after award or at contract execution, not with the proposal.
