Description
The City of Colorado Springs seeks a contractor to provide comprehensive preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and emergency response for seven elevators and seven escalators at Colorado Springs Airport. Work includes routine maintenance, safety testing, diagnostics, replacement parts, repair reporting, and performance evaluations. The contractor must provide qualified, licensed technicians and maintain service records. Emergency service is required 24/7, with an in-person response within 45 minutes; non-emergency response times are also specified. Pricing is requested for both a basic service level and an all-inclusive level, with yearly and labor-rate sheets completed.
