Description
This project requires the 100% design-build replacement of elevator systems at Central High School and Melrose High School. The scope includes design and engineering, elevator equipment supply, installation, integration with building systems, testing, certification, and staff training. The work also includes required accessibility, safety, electrical, fire-alarm, and finish upgrades, followed by a one-year warranty and 12 months of full-service maintenance.
