Description
The City and County of Denver is seeking a Construction Manager/General Contractor for the Aztlan Outdoor Pool Replacement Project. The work includes replacing the existing lap and kiddie pools, related infrastructure, pool mechanical and plumbing systems, and the stand-alone pool equipment building. The planned facility includes a 25-meter lap pool, an integrated zero-entry kiddie pool and splash pad, and a community-informed water feature. Recreation facility locker rooms will also be improved to meet current building codes and accessibility standards, with the extent of those improvements to be determined during design. The project has a 15% MWBE participation goal during the construction phase and is subject to City prevailing- and minimum-wage requirements.
