The Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) is soliciting bids for the modernization of elevators across 52 residential buildings in Chicago. The scope includes performance and reliability assessments for traction and hydraulic elevators, with work to be performed at various addresses. The contract will be awarded as a fixed-cost agreement with not-to-exceed allowances for additional services.
