Description
Crosby Housing and Redevelopment Authority is soliciting sealed bids for elevator modernization at the Edgewood and Dellwood Apartments. The work will be performed at 400 3rd Avenue Northeast and 300 3rd Avenue Northeast in Crosby, Minnesota. A pre-bid conference is scheduled at Dellwood Apartments. The solicitation documents are available through the eProcurement Marketplace or the housing authority's website. Bids must be submitted in sealed form by mail or delivery to the specified attention line and address by the stated deadline.
