Description
Lee County Electrical Cooperative is requesting formal sealed proposals for underground construction associated with the North Trails Substation. The work includes construction management and utility-related construction, including digging, ditching, backfill, road grading, rock stabilization, concrete work, and related underground utility construction and maintenance activities. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on September 15, 2026, at 19752 North Tamiami Trail, North Fort Myers, Florida. Proposals are due October 9, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
