Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting quotations for Fiscal Year 2027 first-quarter subsistence supplies for FCI Ray Brook. The requirement includes multiple line items across frozen and fresh meats, poultry, pork, turkey, dairy products, tofu, canned and dry goods, cereals, condiments, pasta, rice, spices, tortillas, and other food products, with quantities and detailed product specifications provided in the attached requirements worksheet. The Government anticipates making multiple awards based on pricing by line item. Deliveries must occur between October 1 and October 30, 2026, Monday through Thursday between 7:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.; Friday and federal-holiday deliveries will not be accepted. Products must meet specified packaging, labeling, temperature, freshness, inspection, and quality requirements, and deliveries must be palletized and readily accessible. Past performance is evaluated on a go/no-go basis, including timeliness of deliveries and order accuracy and completeness.
