Description
The City of Grand Junction is seeking quotes for the as-needed supply and delivery of sodium fluorosilicate to its Water Treatment Plant. The initial estimated order is 10,000 pounds, although actual quantities may vary. The product must contain at least 98% active sodium fluorosilicate, conform to ANSI/AWWA B702 and NSF/ANSI Standard 60, contain no more than 0.5% moisture, and be packaged on pallets weighing no more than 2,000 pounds. Bidders must provide written analytical data, a material specification sheet, and Material Safety Data Sheets. Bidders must be the manufacturer or an authorized reseller, distributor, or dealer. Deliveries must be made within four weeks of each order, between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with at least 24 hours' advance notice. The contract has an initial one-year term and may be renewed by mutual agreement for up to three additional one-year periods. Quotes must include all delivery-related costs and be submitted electronically through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System. The required quote materials include the Firm's Quote Form, Price Quote Schedule, material specification sheet, and written analytical data demonstrating product purity.
