Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division is conducting a sources-sought notice for domestically manufactured materials used in monopropellant and energetics manufacturing. The requested chemicals are 2-Nitrodiphenylamine, USP-grade propylene glycol, propylene glycol dinitrate mixed acid, sodium carbonate (soda ash), and synthetic spent acid 325, each required to meet the identified Department of Defense or local specifications. The agency anticipates issuing multiple firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity supply contracts, with a separate contract for each specific chemical. The planned procurement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. This notice is not an invitation for competitive proposals; interested sources must submit company capabilities information, product literature, organizational and business information, and identifying details for potential future solicitation consideration.
