Description
The Town of New Castle is soliciting sealed bids for water treatment chemicals under an annual estimated-requirements contract, with quantities subject to increase or decrease based on departmental needs. Awards will be made independently for each item, and materials must generally meet the latest American Water Works Association specifications and the Town's specifications. The Town Board will consider material availability based on plant location. Bidders must submit one original and four copies. Each bid must include a signed Non-Collusive Bidding Certification, Certification of Compliance with the Iranian Divestment Act, and Sexual Harassment Written Policy & Training Certification. Successful bidders may be required to furnish a surety bond guaranteeing faithful performance of the awarded contracts.
