The City of Florence, Kentucky has approved an ordinance adopting a change of Concept Development Plan in a Commercial Two/Planned Development (C-2/PD) District for an approximate 3.9-acre area located along the south side of Cavalry Drive. The development will consist of a two-story, approximately 33,000 square foot Planet Fitness Health Club. The request was made by Cornerstone Union LLC for Plantation Luxury Flats LLC, and the Boone County Planning Commission recommended approval via Resolution No. R-26-015-A.
