The City of Florence, Kentucky, through Ordinance O-13-2026, is approving a change of concept development plan for an approximately 7.5-acre area located at 7911 and 7915 US 42, Florence, Kentucky. The change allows an increase in the intensity bonus for a previously approved hotel and provides for two outlots for future development. The applicant/owner is Drury Florence LLC. The Boone County Planning Commission recommended approval via Resolution No. R-26-012-A. The ordinance was passed on first reading June 9, 2026 and on second reading June 16, 2026.
