Description
Kenton County Fiscal Court is soliciting a contractor to remove and haul away existing chain-link fencing, gates, posts, and concrete, then furnish and install replacement fencing at Cordero Field in Pioneer Park. The scope includes 778 feet of six-foot commercial-grade black vinyl chain-link fence with a bottom rail and a 12-foot double-drive gate; 422 feet of eight-foot chain-link fence along the dugouts with a four-foot walk gate, two 8-by-30-foot roofs, and concrete anchoring; 40 feet of 20-foot backstop fencing with five horizontal rails; and 1,216 feet of four-inch yellow safety poly-cap. The response must include the completed bid certification, W-9, certificate of insurance, Kenton County occupational license if available, a proposal without pricing, and bid security. A bid bond equal to five percent of the proposed price is required; a cashier's check may be used instead, but it must be received by the County by the bid deadline. A 100 percent performance bond or letter of credit is required before contract execution. The proposal will be evaluated based on cost, qualifications, and completeness.
