Description
The City of Florence, Kentucky has passed an ordinance amending its Personnel Policy Manual. The amendments are based on a comprehensive evaluation by the Director of Human Resources to ensure compliance with the latest federal and state mandates, modernize administrative practices, strengthen workplace protections, improve operational flexibility, and reduce organizational risk. The revised manual is set forth in Exhibit A attached to the ordinance.
