Description
Leon County, Florida is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to qualified firms to provide Subdivision and Site Development Engineering services. The County intends to enter into agreements with multiple firms to meet anticipated needs. Services will be on an as-needed basis for small projects administered primarily by the Public Works Division of Engineering Services, though other County Divisions and Constitutional Offices may also request services. Work includes engineering services related to development of subdivisions (residential, commercial, or other) and other projects subject to site and development review by Leon County or the City of Tallahassee. Services may include new facilities or modification of existing facilities such as upgrading subdivision roads and drainage, development or modification of office sites and parking lots, and assisting County staff in related matters. Firms must have on staff or as sub-consultants resources for landscape architecture, roadway design, stormwater engineering, structural, utility, architectural, tree mitigation, or other services. The agreement period is three years with two optional one-year renewals for a possible total of five years.
