Inlivian is seeking qualification statements from architectural and engineering firms authorized to do business in the State of North Carolina. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) aims to establish a pool of eligible firms that can be considered for future Housing Development Projects (HDP) through a qualifications-based selection process. Firms will be evaluated based on their qualifications and experience. Those selected will be added to a pre-approved list for future project solicitations.
