Description
The City of Upland is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional design and engineering services for the renovation of the existing Public Works Building located at 1370 N. Benson Ave, Upland, CA. The project aims to modernize and upgrade the layout and finishes to accommodate additional personnel. Services include analyzing existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for potential upsizing, installation of new exterior doors, patching of redundant entrances, removal of existing interior walls, and renovation of finishes to modern standards. All work must conform to the City's standard plans, Greenbook specifications, Municipal Code, Uniform Building Codes, local ordinances, and state regulations. The City is fast-tracking the project to award construction by December 2026.
