Description
The City of Sacramento is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for Construction Management Services for the Traffic Signal Safety Project. The selected consultant will act as the City's Resident Engineer, providing pre-construction services, project inspection, materials testing, contract administration, quality control, construction staking, safety oversight, storm water quality management, claims mitigation, document control, and stakeholder/utility coordination. The Resident Engineer must be a licensed Professional Civil Engineer registered in California with expertise in Caltrans Local Assistance requirements. Due to federal funding, the Local Business Enterprise (LBE) policy is currently suspended.
