Okanogan County Fire District Number 10 is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from architectural and engineering firms for professional services related to the planning, design, project management, and development of construction documents for the Okanogan County Fire District 10 Fire Hall Project. The scope of work includes master planning, conceptual and schematic design, design development, construction documents, permitting support (NEPA Environmental Review), cost estimating, and construction administration services. Firms must demonstrate experience with CDBG-related projects for planning and construction of similar facilities and knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The project budget is approximately $2,000,000.00, with environmental review, plans, and design specifications to be completed by January 30, 2027. Firms will be selected based on qualifications of key personnel, relevant project experience, previous performance, expressed interest, and Washington State Certified Minority Enterprise Participation.
