The Town of Pulaski is requesting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for professional engineering services related to two bridge projects: Rt. 99 over Peak Creek and Rt. 789 over Thornspring Branch. Offerors must be capable of utilizing computerized design and drafting systems compatible with the Town of Pulaski's systems, such as Open Roads Designer and AUTOCAD. The work must adhere to applicable standards and practices, including the Town of Pulaski's Specifications and Standard Details, as well as VDOT and FHWA requirements and guidelines. It is important to note that there is no guarantee that any projects, contracts, or task orders will be identified for this Request for Proposal (RFP). The decision to include these services under a project, contract, and/or specific task order rests solely with the Town of Pulaski.
