Description
The Franklin Parish Sheriff's Office is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified engineering firms for consulting engineering services related to a hazard mitigation project. The selected firm will be responsible for services as identified in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) information packet. All firms must be registered with the Louisiana State Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors. The selection will be based on a review of submitted qualifications and work references, with the contract to be negotiated as a fixed-sum contract. Responding firms must be prepared to provide an audited overhead rate for cost reasonableness determination. The Sheriff's Office encourages the use of disadvantaged and women-owned businesses as suppliers or sub-contractors.
