Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking an integrated headrest imaging table and related accessories for fluoroscopy-guided pain-management and interventional procedures. The required configuration includes a radiolucent carbon-fiber top with a 56-inch metal-free imaging area, integrated headrest, powered height adjustment, Trendelenburg and lateral tilt, longitudinal travel, hand and foot controls, locking casters, radiolucent padding, a crescent face rest, and patient safety straps. The table must support a 500-pound patient load and be compatible with mobile C-arm imaging systems. The line items are an arm hammock, fluoroscopy extender, integrated headrest tabletop with upgraded five-inch casters, and a single carbon-fiber arm board with pad. Products must be new OEM items; remanufactured and gray-market items are unacceptable. The offeror must be the OEM or an authorized dealer, and quoted products must meet or exceed the stated specifications. The solicitation is an all-or-nothing, firm-fixed-price procurement and requires technical product documentation, completed pricing, and a completed Buy American Certificate.
