Laramie County Community College is soliciting bids for two factory-new compact all-wheel-drive SUVs, model year 2027 or newer. Vehicles must meet specified minimum requirements for seating, engine performance, dimensions, safety features, climate control, accessories, tires, keys, service documentation, and standard manufacturer white exterior color. Comparable examples include the Chevrolet Equinox/Traverse, Ford Edge, Honda CR-V, Toyota RAV4, and Subaru Forester. Bidders may submit pricing and specifications for up to three different vehicle units. Each vehicle bid must include a completed and signed Bid Submittal & Pricing Document, vehicle specification sheet, color photo, available warranty information, total bid price, and expected delivery date. Pricing must include warranties, required accessories, and prepaid FOB-destination delivery. The proposed vehicles must be delivered on or before January 30, 2027, unless otherwise negotiated, and proof of dealer allocation is required if a proposed vehicle is not in stock at bid submission.
