Laramie County Community College is soliciting bids for one factory-new 15-passenger all-wheel-drive van, model year 2027 or newer. The vehicle must meet detailed specifications, including a minimum 3.5-liter V6 engine, 280 horsepower, 10-speed automatic transmission, dual rear wheel package with heavy-duty axle, four-wheel anti-lock brakes, advanced airbags, front and rear climate control, backup camera and alarm, reverse sensing system, heated power-adjusting mirrors, all-season tires on at least 16-inch rims, service manual, four sets of keys, and standard-manufacturer white exterior color. A Ford Transit Passenger Van XL is provided as an example of the intended vehicle type. The bid price must include warranties, required accessories, and prepaid FOB-destination delivery. Bidders may submit pricing and specifications for up to three different vehicle units, with a separate bid submittal and pricing document for each vehicle. Each vehicle package must include a specification sheet, color photograph, available warranty, total price, and expected delivery date; proof of dealer allocation is required if the proposed vehicle is not in stock. Delivery is required by January 30, 2027, unless otherwise negotiated. The completed and signed Bid Submittal & Pricing Document must be submitted without modification. An IRS Form W-9 is required for Laramie County Community College transactions, and a resident certification number is required by the bid deadline to receive the stated Wyoming preference.
