Description
The U.S. Air Force seeks a contractor to upgrade and service its Installation Access Control Point camera system. The work includes repairing or replacing 19 cameras; furnishing and installing CAT 6 cabling and three uninterruptible power supplies; organizing or repairing existing cabling; configuring and testing the system; and integrating the cameras with the existing WiseNet Wave monitoring system for viewing at the Base Defense Operations Center. The system must support specified video retention, analytics, license-plate recognition, environmental, power, weatherproofing, redundancy, and security requirements, with equipment compliant with applicable Trade Agreements Act, Buy American Act, and National Defense Authorization Act requirements. Products may not be sourced from China, and licensing must be perpetual without recurring fees. The contractor must provide training, manuals, equipment data sheets, a work-experience list, and a mission-essential contractor services plan. The contract includes a 120-calendar-day project completion period, a one-year warranty with 24-hour onsite response for service requests, and up to three additional one-year servicing option periods. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management and maintain Level 2 Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification status for applicable systems. Award will use a lowest-priced technically acceptable evaluation.
