Description
The 90th Missile Wing Command Post requires comprehensive maintenance and support for its Unify OpenScape Voice phone system at F.E. Warren Air Force Base. The system includes five Unify touchscreen phone consoles across Buildings 250 and 232, OpenScape Voice and OpenScape Xpert Management Portal software, voice-recording capabilities, and associated hardware, software, and peripheral interfaces supporting a 24/7 command-and-control mission. The contractor must provide preventive and reactive maintenance, monthly software patching and updates, health checks, troubleshooting, 24/7 help-desk support, remote diagnostics, technical guidance, and emergency outage response. The work includes maintaining required uptime and DISA security compliance, coordinating with government and other telecommunications providers, and providing monthly status reports and emergency after-action reports. The contractor must demonstrate at least three years of relevant Unify OpenScape Voice experience, provide system-specific credentials and certifications for assigned personnel, and submit a mission-essential contractor services plan. The contract is firm-fixed-price with a base period and four option periods for a total of five years, with an additional potential six-month service extension. The solicitation is a competitive total small-business set-aside, and award will be made using a lowest-priced technically acceptable evaluation.
