Description
The United States Air Force is procuring a firm-fixed-price, one-time contract for the supply, installation, configuration, and service agreement associated with an armory camera system. The contractor must provide 14 cameras—three 12MP indoor infrared vandal-resistant 360-degree AI cameras and eleven 8MP 4K indoor infrared vandal-resistant dome AI cameras—along with a dedicated viewing workstation, three dedicated monitoring decoders, an enhanced network video recorder, and all applicable hardware and software. The system must support expansion to 32 cameras, redundant servers and power, automatic failover, perpetual licensing, 90-day video retention, advanced analytics, and monitoring integration with the Base Defense Operations Center. The work includes installation and configuration, equipment documentation and data sheets, compliance with applicable domestic sourcing and telecommunications restrictions, base-access and security requirements, and a minimum one-year warranty with on-site repair response within 24 hours. The period of performance is 150 calendar days after contract award. Vendors must have Level 1 (Self) CMMC status with a score of at least 15 at award and must submit one to three relevant past experiences completed within the last year.
