Description
The Court seeks a qualified child and adolescent psychiatrist to provide psychiatric services to juveniles detained at the Juvenile Detention Center. Services include evaluations, consultation, treatment, medication management, continuity of care, emergency evaluation coordination, and on-call support. The contractor will work with the integrated health services team, document care, participate in treatment planning, and provide court testimony and staff education when requested. Services may be delivered in person or virtually on a fixed weekly schedule, averaging fewer than 10 hours per week, with additional on-call services as requested. Respondents must meet Arizona licensing and credential requirements, including applicable medical licensure and child and adolescent psychiatry residency qualifications. The response must include an executive letter, firm qualifications and relevant experience, current licenses and credentials, team-member information, any proposed subcontractors, the completed rate sheet, an indication of understanding of the scope of work, questionnaire responses, and a current ACORD certificate of insurance. The rate sheet lists $165 per hour for psychiatry, on-call, and court testimony services. The draft contract provides for a one-year initial term with up to four one-year renewals.
