Description
Ipas RDC seeks a qualified local organization to deliver psychological and psychosocial support services through its Centers of Excellence. The work includes confidential, person-centered assessments; individual and appropriate group counseling; psychological first aid and support for survivors of sexual and gender-based violence; secure referral and follow-up mechanisms; and training or coaching for center staff in active listening, first-line psychosocial support, and referral identification. The partner will also participate in coordination and supervision, protect and manage authorized data, and provide technical and financial reporting. The anticipated subgrant period is 12 months. Applicants must submit a technical note of no more than 10 pages, a work plan and schedule, proposed team details and key staff CVs, a detailed budget using the provided template, a budget justification, and institutional documentation. Similar-project references and certain financial and institutional records are requested if available or applicable. The technical proposal must score at least 70 out of 100 to proceed to financial evaluation.
