Description
Imagine Cortez Park Schools is seeking fiber Ethernet internet access with bandwidth options from 1 Gbps to 10 Gbps. Pricing is requested in increments across that range, with one-, three-, and five-year contract options; three- and five-year options must allow bandwidth upgrades during the contract term. Contracts are contingent on E-Rate funding. The proposed service must hand off directly to the local area network demarcation point and include construction and installation as needed, such as trenching, conduit and fiber installation, splicing, termination, labeling, testing, acceptance, and project management. Pricing should also address applicable network equipment, installation and activation, maintenance and operation, outage reporting, basic technical support without additional fees, and a service-level agreement. Bidders must submit the completed E-Rate Service Provider Bid Response Worksheet.
