Description
The City seeks scheduled and on-call septic tank pumping services at multiple park and maintenance-yard locations. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies to remove liquids and solids; perform testing, transportation, and disposal; use approved disposal sites; and submit disposal manifests. The scope includes scheduled service and emergency, after-hours, and holiday response, with specified response and on-site arrival times. The City may add or remove service locations. The contract term is five years with no extension options. Pricing is requested by tank capacity, plus a separate emergency, after-hours, or holiday response fee. The solicitation also requires applicable contractor licensing and compliance with specified insurance, safety, background-screening, and small-business outreach provisions.
