Navajo Housing Authority (NHA) Procurement Construction Department REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Advertised PCD RFP# 010 – Professional On-Call Third-Party Construction Code Inspections and Plan Review Services The Navajo Housing Authority (NHA) is seeking proposals from Professional Construction Code Inspection and Plan Review Firms to provide services, as tasked by the NHA. Detailed information may be obtained from the NHA Procurement Construction Department, Pamela Tsosie, Procurement Construction Specialist via email to: ptsosie @hooghan.org and request for Advertised PCD RFP# 010 - Professional On-Call Third-Party Construction Code Inspections and Plan Review Services. All Proposals must be received electronically only until 4:45 PM (MST) by November 5, 2026, via email at ptsosie @hooghan.org. This invitation is NOT restricted; however, preference shall be given to Navajo or Indian Organization and Navajo and Indian Owned Economic Enterprises in accordance with 24 CFR 1000.48, 1000.50, and 1000.52. Description
The Navajo Housing Authority is requesting proposals from professional firms to provide on-call third-party construction code inspections and construction plan review services as assigned by the Authority. The solicitation is unrestricted, but preference will be given to Navajo or Indian organizations and Navajo- and Indian-owned economic enterprises under the cited federal regulations. Proposals must be submitted electronically by email by the stated deadline. Detailed solicitation information must be requested from the Procurement Construction Department.
