Description
The Hawaii Department of Transportation's Airports division is soliciting construction work for the Kahului Airport bike path. The scope includes removing and disposing of a 4-inch layer of crushed rock; importing and installing amended screened topsoil; hand-seeding or hydroseeding Zoysia grass; installing and maintaining a temporary solar-powered irrigation system; and performing establishment maintenance and related work required by the plans and specifications. The solicitation identifies the work as open-market construction and requires submission of a properly completed Proposal Schedule with all allowances and items. Electronic quotes are permitted.
