Description
The County of Maui Department of Parks and Recreation seeks two large rotary mowers furnished and delivered to its Central and East Baseyards. The equipment must include the specified conversion, caster wheel, blade, sunshade, lighting, safety, sensor, cooling, and maintenance kits; four sets of keys; required parts, service, and operator manuals; and available extended-warranty options. Equipment must be delivered fully assembled and operational with fluids, oil, and fuel tanks filled. The contractor must provide at least four hours of operator training, coordinate acceptance testing and final inspection, and remain responsible for the equipment until formal written acceptance. Bidders must submit the signed Special Provisions, completed Offer Form and Questionnaire, current equipment literature, detailed standard and extended-warranty information, and any required corporate authorization documentation. Delivery is required within 365 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Bid and performance bonds are not required.
