Description
Crowder College is soliciting proposals for the purchase of one T50-class agriculture drone for teaching drone flight and operation in spraying and seeding, both in the classroom and on the farm. The drone must cover at least 50 acres per hour and include a spray tank, wide spray swath, at least three batteries, a battery charger, a spreading system with a minimum 100-pound capacity, replacement blades, a 12-megapixel-or-better camera, all software and field-operation systems, and a display or monitor. Vendors must provide pricing for the requested product and any required initial implementation services, with optional services listed separately. The proposal must be signed, include any exceptions, and remain valid for 60 days from the bid deadline. Electronic submissions must be in PDF or Microsoft Word format; one signed original proposal is required for mailed submissions. Award will be based on best value, considering quality, price, vendor reputation, and ability to meet required timelines.
