Description
The Hawaii Department of Transportation's Harbors division is soliciting construction services to replace the roll-up doors at the Pier 1 shed at Kahului Harbor in Maui, Hawaii. The work is described in the attached project plans and specifications. The solicitation permits electronic quotes and requires the proposer to attach the required proposal section. A performance bond and labor and material payment bond are required for construction projects exceeding $25,000 before issuance of the purchase order; a bid bond is not required for small-purchase procurement.
