Description
This Sources Sought seeks businesses capable of developing and delivering a tailored Technical Data Package for the FPU-13/A Fuel Tank Assembly to support U.S. Navy organizational-, intermediate-, and depot-level repair and sustainment activities. The package must comply with MIL-STD-31000C and include Product Engineering Design Data supporting subassembly removal and replacement, fault isolation, and manufacture or repair of wiring harnesses and tubing; Commercial Engineering Design Data; Special Tooling Engineering Design Data; Specifications and Special Packaging Instructions Engineering Design Data; and required metadata. Data for original manufacture or complete construction of the fuel tank assembly, and structural repair of major structural components, is excluded. The respondent must also be capable of hosting and supporting a Technical Data Package Guidance Conference and incremental In-Process Reviews to clarify requirements and facilitate delivery to a government-managed authoritative source repository. Interested businesses must submit a bullet-format capabilities statement of no more than 10 pages, using 8.5-by-11-inch pages, at least 12-point font, and 1.5 line spacing. Responses must include the company name and address, CAGE code, business size, and a point of contact with name, phone number, and email address.
