Description
St. Charles County is soliciting a single contractor to provide turnkey design, permitting, engineering, materials, construction, testing, and closeout for two park maintenance facilities. The Indian Camp Creek project includes a 60-by-60-foot engineered post-frame maintenance building with concrete floor and aprons, overhead and personnel doors, insulation, heating, ventilation, electrical service, lighting, plumbing, an emergency shower and eyewash, a utility sink, a wastewater holding tank, storm drainage, site grading, and asphalt transition work. The contractor must provide Missouri-licensed design professionals and sealed permit-ready documents. The New Melle Lakes project includes a freestanding 100-by-25-foot single-slope post-frame storage shelter with eight storage bays, a fully open east elevation, enclosed west and end walls, concrete slab, metal roofing and wall panels, condensation control, gutters and downspouts, basic electrical service, lighting, convenience receptacles, pavement transition, drainage, and protection of the existing spigot and water line. Bidders must submit complete pricing for both projects; partial bids are not accepted. The work includes prevailing-wage compliance, a 120-calendar-day completion period after the Notice to Proceed, and required bid-stage design and product submittals.
