Fort Zumwalt School District is soliciting sealed bids for its 2027 HVAC Upgrades project. The work includes replacement of specified HVAC equipment, mechanical design-build services, and all related electrical and general construction at seven district locations: West High, DuBray Middle, Progress South, South Middle, Support Services, Ostmann, and Emge/Emge Elementary locations in the O'Fallon and St. Peters area.
