Description
EducationPlus is soliciting vendors to supply a broad range of copy and multipurpose paper, including 20-pound white xerographic paper in 8.5-by-11, 8.5-by-14, and 11-by-17 sizes; domestic, non-domestic, and recycled options; pastel and bright colored office paper; 65-pound cover paper; and 110-pound index paper. Requested quantities include reams, cases, pallets, and truckloads, with specified brands for certain items and domestic-product requirements for designated products. Vendors must provide pricing through the supplied Excel bid response form, including prices by quantity, brand and manufacturer information, country of origin, lead time, inventory availability, and applicable notes. The awarded vendor must maintain product information and pricing in an online ordering system, support customer orders and returns, provide delivery and freight terms, and comply with original-packaging and no-substitution requirements. Awards may be made by item or on an all-or-nothing basis by manufacturer.
