Description
Great Rivers Greenway District is soliciting bids for operations and maintenance services from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with an option to add two additional years. The scope covers numerous greenways, parks, trails, bridges, planters, and related sites, with scheduled and as-needed work including trash and debris removal, landscape and bed maintenance, mowing and turf care, pruning, watering, mulching, vegetation and corridor clearing, graffiti removal, surface cleaning, reporting, and irrigation startup and winterization. Additional as-needed services include large-debris and storm cleanup, carpentry, small construction, snow removal, hand-crew work, equipment operation, plumbing, irrigation, electrical work, and general operations support. Bidders must complete the attached GRG Form 1, provide pricing for the applicable rate and visit schedules, state an availability date, and submit a signed bid. The contract may be awarded to multiple bidders, and the District will evaluate bids based on the lowest and best bid meeting specifications.
