Description
St. Louis Community College is rebidding its expiring employee benefits contracts. The requested benefits include self-funded medical coverage; bundled or non-bundled pharmacy benefit management; wellness services; an employee assistance program; basic life and accidental death and dismemberment coverage; voluntary life and dependent life coverage; and short-term and long-term disability coverage. Supporting materials include medical stop-loss, pharmacy, accident and hospital indemnity, life and disability, EAP, and wellness response exhibits, along with affidavit and no-Israel-boycott forms. The solicitation and supporting files require an Euna Supplier Network account for access and submission preparation.
