Description
Saint Louis Public Schools is seeking qualified and financially capable respondents to acquire, lease, redevelop, and/or repurpose existing surplus property and structures. Proposals must present a feasible, financeable, and sustainable plan that preserves and adapts existing structures where practical or supports demolition and new construction when appropriate. Respondents should demonstrate financial and organizational capacity; relevant experience with comparable projects; a realistic schedule covering financing, due diligence, design, approvals, construction, and occupancy; neighborhood compatibility; meaningful community benefits; and a sustainable operating model that minimizes vacancy, deterioration, incomplete development, or abandonment. The opportunity includes required submission items such as a statement of qualifications, no-boycott certification, E-Verify affidavit and agreement, W-9, and contractors good-faith-effort documentation.
