Description
Saint Louis County Government is seeking a contractor to supply and deliver 8.5-by-11-inch, 20-pound, 92-bright white copy paper packaged as 5,000 sheets per case (10 reams). Estimated annual usage is 1,900 cases, although quantities are not guaranteed. The contractor must enter identical pricing in the Vendor Self-Service portal and the provided bid sheet, with shipping and handling included on an F.O.B. destination basis and no sales tax, fuel surcharges, delivery fees, or other additional fees. Orders will be issued as needed by County departments and must be delivered within five business days after receipt. Delivery and placement inside designated offices may be required. The initial contract term is two years, with three possible one-year renewals. The submission package includes the bid sheet, vendor information form, vendor background information and reference form, and Missouri Secretary of State registration documentation. Required insurance includes commercial general liability, business automobile liability, and workers’ compensation/employer liability coverage.
