Description
The United States Air Force is soliciting thirteen three-phase, medium-voltage pad-mounted transformers in nine line-item configurations, ranging from 225 kVA to 750 kVA, with primary voltages of 12,000V or 12,470V and secondary voltages of 120/208Y, 120/240, or 277/480. The amendment corrects the voltage specifications for CLINs 0001 and 0002 and extends the quotation deadline to September 15, 2026. The transformers are intended to replenish critical spare inventory and replace equipment approaching end of life. Required features include stainless-steel construction, dead-front construction, copper windings, non-PCB mineral oil or FR-3 fluid, specified taps and fusing, grounding provisions, gauges, pressure relief, lifting lugs, corrosion-resistant labeling, DOE efficiency compliance, and specified exterior finishes. The contractor must furnish all labor and transportation necessary to deliver the equipment. The pricing schedule must be completed in full and returned with the quote, along with any other required offer documentation, including completed FAR 52.212-3 representations and certifications. Award will consider technical acceptability, price, and delivery schedule, with price and delivery schedule approximately equal in importance among technically acceptable quotes.
