Description
The City of Nixa is soliciting bids for five oil-filled, three-phase padmount transformers: one 150 kVA unit, one 225 kVA unit, two 300 kVA units with different low-side voltage configurations, and one additional 300 kVA unit as listed in the bid schedule. The transformers must meet specified high- and low-side voltage requirements and include deadfront construction, feed-through bushings, bayonet fusing, exterior kVA and voltage labels, NEMA standards, 200-amp bushing-well inserts, a temperature gauge, and a tap changer where specified. Only GE Prolec, Ermco, ABB/Hitachi, Cooper, WEG, Maddox, Siemens, and Central Maloney manufacturers are accepted. All transformers must be delivered on pallets by flatbed trailer. Estimated quantities may be adjusted upon ordering. The response requires manufacturer and lead-time information, pricing by bid line, acknowledgment of the terms and conditions and required bid attributes, and completion of the E-Verify Affidavit of Business Entity.
