Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting authorized distributors to manufacture and supply 10 non-commercial transformers conforming to reference number P810010101 and CAGE code 3B3G2. The items must be physically marked in accordance with MIL-STD-130, Revision N, and preserved, packaged, packed, and marked according to the contract or purchase-order schedule and applicable MIL-STD 2073 requirements. The contractor is responsible for all required inspections, quality compliance, and maintaining complete inspection records during performance and for 365 calendar days after final delivery. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item will be considered; proof of authorization on company letterhead, signed by a responsible company official, must accompany the offer. Evaluation will use lowest-price technically acceptable criteria. Any resulting order will require electronic submission of invoices and receiving reports through PIEE-WAWF. The amendment increases the quantity from 1 to 10 each and extends the offers-due date to October 13, 2026.
