Description
The City of Anaheim Public Utilities Department is soliciting proposals from manufacturers and distributors to supply and deliver single-phase, 60 Hz, liquid-filled, self-cooled, conventional overhead distribution transformers. Required configurations include 25, 50, 75, and 100 kVA units with a 12,000-volt primary and specified 120/240, 240/480, or 277/480Y secondary voltages, using either natural ester or mineral oil insulating fluid. Products must comply with Attachment A, Specification E-83, and referenced IEEE, ANSI, NEMA, U.S. Department of Energy, and applicable environmental and safety requirements. Respondents must provide technical data sheets, dimensioned outline drawings, single-line diagrams, testing documentation, manufacturing-facility and quality certification information, country-of-origin and trade-compliance disclosures, energy-conservation compliance certification, pricing, proposed lead times, warranty and U.S.-based support details, and a lead-time achievement plan targeting an average of eight weeks or less for three specified stock codes. The resulting master purchase agreement is expected to have a one-year initial term with up to four one-year extensions, and the City may make multiple awards.
