Description
The City of Greeley is soliciting a contractor to improve the detention pond in the West T-Bone Ranch Subdivision. The work includes utility coordination; erosion and sediment control; excavation and removal of an existing 18-inch HDPE stormwater pipe, fabric, concrete debris, and riprap; construction of a riprap-lined swale and stormwater conveyance; grading; seeding and mulching; traffic control; and related site restoration and miscellaneous work shown in the construction plans. The bid schedule includes clearing and grubbing, 285 cubic yards of unclassified excavation, removal of 95 linear feet of 18-inch HDPE pipe, 274 cubic yards of 12-inch Type M riprap, 252 cubic yards of 24-inch Type VH riprap, mobilization, traffic control, and erosion control. The project must be substantially complete within 30 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must submit a completed bid schedule, a Gantt-chart project schedule with PDF and tabular outputs, documentation of three similar projects completed within the last three years with references, SAM registration documentation, subcontractor information, and the required bid bond and other bid sections.
